Introduction: 8th of March of every year is remarkable globally as the International Women's Day. MDWIX is also advocating for celebration of the day because of he appreciation of women power to the nation building. It is also significant as a mark of women' right movement towards the gender equality, reproductive facilitation and relaxation for child caring. It is mainly originated as a manifestation of labor movement in North America and Europe during the 20th century. It was primarily organized by the Socialist Party of America in New York city on February 28, 1909. After Russian Revolution in 1971, IWD was made a national holiday on March 8. Gradually it is recognised internationally as the international women's day(IWD) as social, cultural and political achievement of women. It also raises awareness of the challenges and inequalities that women face around the world and calls for action to achieve gender parity.


Importance: The importance of IWD lies in it's recognition of the vital role that women play in all aspects of society, from family and community to business and politics. It honors the contributions and achievements of women in history and in the present, and inspires future generations of women to pursue their dreams and aspirations. It also acknowledges the diversity and intersectionality of women's experiences and identities and celebrates the solidarity and strength of women's movements.


Significance: The significance of IWD is that it provides an opportunity to reflect on the progress made towards gender equality and to identify the gaps and challenges that remain. it also serves as a platform to amplify the voices and demands of women, especially those who are marginalized, oppressed and discriminated against. it mobilizes people of all genders, backgrounds and sectors to join forces and take action to advance women's right and empowerment. it also creates a space for dialogue, collaboration and partnership among various stakeholders, such as governments, civil society, media academia and private sector.


Execution and Celebration: The celebration of IWD takes various forms across different countries and cultures. Some common ways to celebrate IWD as following:
