Arthritis.
Arthritis is a group of more than 100 diseases causing chronic pain and joint inflammation. It affects the joint, causing inflammation, pain, stiffness and reduced mobility. There are many types of arthritis, each with different causes and treatments. Some of the most common types are osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout and rarely juvenile arthritis.

Osteoarthritis is caused by wear and tear of the cartilage that cushions the e of the bones in a joint. It can result from injury, infection, aging, obesity, repetitive movements. Osteoarthritis can damage the bones and tissues around the joint, causing pain and swelling.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease, where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks the lining of the joints. This causes inflammation , pain and damage to the joints and other organs. Rheumatoid arthritis can affect anyone, but it is very common in woman and older people.

Gout is a type arthritis that occurs when there is too much uric in the blood. Uric acid is a waste product that normally dissolves in the urine. However, when there is too much uric acid, it can form crystals that deposit in the joints, especially in the big toe. Gout causes sudden and severe attacks of pains, swelling, redness and warmth in the affected joint.

Juvenile idiopathic occurs in the childhood with the minor symptoms without major realization. most of the times it disappears on its own.        

Symptoms of Arthritis: It varies depending on types and severity of the condition. Some common symptoms include joint pain, swelling in the joint, joint warmth and reduced range of motion.

Lifestyle Changes needed for betterment: Be long live with arthritis the patient needs to change lifestyle such as weight management, healthy diet, smoking cessation or avoiding triggers.

Medication: Arthritis is a chronic disease so medication is required to maintain and manage the severity of the disease. Medicine such as analgesic, anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs(DMARSDs) or pain killers. Many peoples are living with arthritis with proper diagnosis and treatment.

Conclusion: Arthritis is a chronic disease but can be live well with earlier detection of the symptoms, proper management of the medication and dwelling with proper lifestyle.
